Maneesh has more than 20 years' experience in the financial and professional services industry prior to his executive search career.

Working with GE Capital for some 14 years, covering Corporate Treasury, Insurance and Real Estate Controllership (Accounting, financial reporting and Finance Systems). He has in-depth knowledge of financial reporting process, finance systems, LEAN and Agile Methodology.

Later he was with PwC in consulting where he led the projects for multi-national Insurance companies in Japan; specifically focused on large scale transformation.

Combining his rich experience in multi-national companies at different levels and successful multiple years of executive search experience Maneesh brings insights that allows him to advise clients and candidates alike to best position themselves in the current market.

Shinya Sato leads the consulting services at ROOTSCAREER, bringing over 30 years of experience supporting transformation projects for major domestic and global companies.

He led numerous projects focused on transforming HR functions using the latest technologies during his 10-year career at Human Capital consulting division of Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting. In large-scale HR system implementation projects, he contributed to project success by leveraging strong facilitation skills—from strategy formulation and requirements definition to design, development, and deployment.

Prior to joining Deloitte, he worked at Cambridge Technology Partners for 16 years, leading transformation projects across a wide range of industries and business domains—promoting the effectiveness of facilitation even before it became widely recognized.

At ROOTSCAREER, drawing on extensive hands-on experience in transformation projects, he works closely with clients, putting in the effort side by side to achieve both project success and the growth of all individuals involved.

Mika Magoshi joins ROOTSCAREER K.K with 30 years of working experience in multiple businesses and professional firms.

She worked for 9 years at AIG group companies, where she was assigned to operations, sales and new business development, which gave her broad knowledge of insurance and financial services.

She also worked in consulting firms for 16 years in different areas as strategy consultant, professional development director and research/marketing lead of financial services. These experiences have equipped her with industry insights in consulting and financial services, and their talent management.

Mika works closely with clients and candidates by making use of her broad working experiences, her own foreign MBA, job change and working mother experiences.

She earned her MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth (USA) and MA from University of Tokyo (Japan).

Ayako Tanaka is a bilingual professional with around 22 years of experience, out of which the last 11 years she has been working as an executive search specialist in top recruiting companies. She has covered a wide range of roles in supply chain, production and back office across industries. Based on her vast knowledge, she is a perfect professional to guide candidates and clients for their future growth.

She is a working mother with pleasing personality, who has earned awards in her past companies for being the top recruiter. She has MA from the University of Tokyo (Culture and Representation) and BA from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (French Studies).

Maria graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University with the award for top-grade students of the entire department of International Politics. With her bilingual (Japanese, English) skills and having the experience to study in the University of Sheffield, UK, she is able to communicate with those from multi-cultural backgrounds.

Maria joined Rakuten after graduation, which is one of the biggest Japanese IT companies. At Rakuten she was engaged in the launching of their mobile business and built her knowledge of the IT industry.
